Abstract Submission Dates
Abstracts will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, June 6, 2019. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.
Late Breaking Abstracts – will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (CDT), on Thursday, July 25, 2019. All abstracts received during this period will be treated equally, regardless of submission time.
Abstract Format Details
Abstract title, authors (bold presenting author and list first) and author affiliations must be listed at the top of your abstract. See example at the bottom of this page.
Publication in Program Book
Abstracts selected for presentation will be published in the AGBT Precision Health program book.
Abstracts submitted by Tuesday, June 6, 2019, will be notified of their acceptance or denial by June 25, 2019. If you have not received notification by June 25, 2019, please e-mail Nix Conference & Meeting Management at email@example.com.
Late Breaking Abstracts – Late Breaking submitters will be notified of their abstract acceptance or denial by August 6, 2019. If you have not received notification by August 6, 2019, please email Nix Conference & Meeting Management at firstname.lastname@example.org.
